Beliefs that you have allergies or are allergic to certain foods and/or substances also create and contribute to allergic reactions. Remember—beliefs are very strong (Infinite Healing™ Principle #6: What Your Mind Believes Creates Your Reality p 101). For example:
If you believe you have allergies every spring, you leave little opportunity to not have allergies in the spring.
If you believe you are allergic to particular foods, the belief pre-sets your Body to react to those foods in a certain way (read more about pre-set on p 107).

Become aware that every allergy symptom is an opportunity to HEAL and HONOR what you really think and feel about what is going on in your life.
Learn the lessons you are to learn from the experience(s) because if you don’t, you WILL get another chance! You accomplish this by making a statement with intent:
“I Activate all lessons everyone is to learn from all experiences that create or contribute to me having allergies.”
3. HEAL what is creating what you don’t want. You do this by making statements with intent: Choose which statements resonate with YOU. Remember—these are a guide, what is most important is that you Transform all Sources of what YOU are feeling to UL & UG!

“I Transform all Sources of feeling irritated, annoyed, and frustrated with {insert name or situation} and everything else I feel that creates or contributes to allergies to Unconditional Love & Unconditional Gratitude™.”
“I Transform all Sources of repressed aggression and everything else I feel that creates or contributes to allergies to Unconditional Love & Unconditional Gratitude™.”
“I Transform all Sources of irritation, sadness, and sorrow about not feeling loved and everything else I feel that creates or contributes to allergies to Unconditional Love & Unconditional Gratitude™.”
“I Transform all Sources of irritation about not feeling like anyone takes care of ME (and that I always have to take care of everyone and everything else) and everything else I feel that creates or contributes to allergies to Unconditional Love & Unconditional Gratitude™.
“I Transform all Sources of irritation, annoyance, and frustration about feeling like I don’t have any control over what happens in my life regardless of how hard I try and everything else I feel that creates or contributes to allergies to Unconditional Love & Unconditional Gratitude™.”
“I Transform all Sources of the belief that I am allergic to {insert what you believe you’re allergic to here} to Unconditional Love & Unconditional Gratitude™.”
You will make better progress when you HEAL every time you have an allergic reaction. For example, every time I sneeze, I AAL everyone is to learn from all experiences in which I’ve felt irritated and I TAS of irritation, frustration, annoyance, and everything else I’m feeling to UL & UG.
4. Although not required as a part of HEALING, I strongly suggest that you navigate your life in the direction you want it to go by Activating all Sources that create what you want.
