The first step is to make a list of what you want and be HONEST
about how likely it is you will accomplish those things. |
This step will be the most time-intensive because you get to give some thought to and become aware of what you really think. This is where you identify the areas that need to be HEALED to increase your chances of getting what you want. If you are not aware of what is preventing you from already having what you want, it makes it difficult to HEAL it! Skipping this step or going through it haphazardly is not recommended.
It is very important to be completely HONEST with yourself through this process, which means you may have to acknowledge thoughts you have that you do not like. Don't worry, we will show you how to HEAL those things in a later step but you can't HEAL it if you don't HONOR it. |
In Step 2, you identified negative emotions, doubts, fears, beliefs, and limits that are getting in the way of you having what you want. If none of this was present, you would probably already have what you want. Note that this step will work much better if you were completely HONEST with yourself in Step 2. If you are not willing to HONOR it, it can make it difficult to HEAL it.
Now, you must HEAL what is getting in the way of you having what you want. There are two parts to Truly HEALING, both of equal importance. To receive the deepest HEALING, you must do them both. |

It is very important to tell the Universe what you want. Not in a way where you say it and maybe hope you get it. With the HEALING that you performed during Step 3, the goal is to be able to tell the Universe what you want and feel that it may really happen.
Navigating your life is like setting your GPS for a certain destination. You do this by ACTIVATING ALL SOURCES that create what you want. |
You've discovered some negative things that may have been in your way of you having what you want, you've done some HEALING and you've told the Universe what you want. Now you have to keep positive energy going towards what you want.
So, Step 5 is to rewrite your list and keep it visible! You will rewrite your list so it does not have the highly likely, likely, or unlikely information on it. That was one of the exercises to make you aware of where you might be in your way. You do not want to see that regularly. |
